That business card? Not a mock-up. πŸ‘†

"AI Translator" is a real job title now. And it's about to be everywhere.

Nobody's impressed that you "use AI" anymore. Everyone is. The rare skill is knowing what to DO with it: taking what AI spits out and saying "here's our move." πŸ’Ό

If you want that title on your card, it's the skill set behind two of our programs: the Bachelor of Science in AI for Business (BSAIB) and the Master of Science in AI and Technology Management (MSAI). No coding background required.

On a scale of "totally lost" to "I run the AI meeting," where are you right now? πŸ‘‡

Theory in one ear, out the other. Sound familiar? πŸ“‹

That's how John Galt-Kathe described his own undergrad. Then he started his MBA at Nexford and ran into something different.

Project after project after project. Real work he could actually use. He calls them portfolio artifacts. πŸ’Ό

His rule for every assignment: great for the classroom AND great for the boardroom. If he can't put it in his portfolio, what's the point?

If someone asked to see your work, what would you pull up?

The latest US jobs numbers are in. And for the first time in months, they went negative.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics doesn't spin the numbers. It just counts. So this one's worth a closer look.

23,000 jobs gone. But that's not the real story. Where they went is.

Education, retail, and finance all shed roles. Health care kept hiring.

So what separates them? The task. Routine work is getting automated. Judgment plus AI fluency is getting paid a premium. 62% higher, per PwC.

Same economy. Two very different futures.

We laid it all out in Ed. 01 of The Translation Series.

Which side is your role on? πŸ‘‡

We're still not over graduation day. πŸŽ“

Parents flew in just to watch their kids cross the stage. Partners stole the caps for photos, and after all those late nights, they earned it.

The speeches hit hard. Our Founder and CEO, Fadl Al-Tarzi: "Don't let your degree get in the way of your education." Dr. Kenneth Harris II, who helped launch the James Webb Space Telescope, on treating your hardest stretch like a hold on the launchpad, not a failure. And MBA grad Danny Torchia: stop waiting for permission.

But the best moments came from the grads. One dedicated the walk to his son. One cheered on his wife, about to start her own master's. One credited our Head of Career Success, Nicole Darling, with helping him land a new role.

Different paths, same stage. Congrats, Class of 2026. You did all this around full, busy lives and showed up anyway.

Swipe through the day πŸ‘‰ and leave your next dream in the comments, we'll be cheering you on πŸ‘‡

Most schools make you enroll first and figure out what you signed up for later.

We'd rather just show you.

On Aug 27, we're opening up Nexford for an hour. No pitch. Just the real thing, before you commit a cent.

You'll watch how a course really runs, and see the feedback faculty like Dr. Bill Reed give to keep you moving.

Then there's BeyondNXU, our career hub, where you start lining up your next career move while you study.

Got the awkward questions? Enrollment advisor Daria Turner has the straight answers. Cost. Timing. How to start.

And Seif Allah Yasser, a startup mentor and current MBA learner, tells you what it's really like from the inside.

By the end, you won't have a brochure. You'll have a plan.

What would you want answered before enrolling anywhere? Tell us below πŸ‘‡

Leah Vernon has zero patience for AI that makes everyone sound the same. 🎀

New here? Leah's the Founder & CEO of Fully Moisturized Studio, an author, and one of the boldest voices on LinkedIn. She built a brand people actually remember.

She pulled up to our latest NexPulse session with Ragen Dodson, Nexford's Head of Marketing, and went all the way in. πŸ”₯

On using AI without losing your voice. On showing up real when everyone else is playing it safe. On getting AI to sound like you, not like the internet.

The chat could not keep up. Gem after gem.

Miss it? We got you.
Full session lands on our YouTube channel soon, so stay tuned. 🎬

Be honest: is AI a tool in your kit, or is it starting to do your talking for you? πŸ‘‡

πŸŽ“ Last week in DC, the caps went flying for Nexford's Class of 2026.

And what a day. Our team, guests, and speakers got to spend it with graduates who traveled in from all over, hearing their stories from the first "can I actually do this?" to the walk across the stage.

One of them was Anastasiia, who flew in from Montreal just to be there. She stopped to tell us what her Nexford journey was really like. πŸ’›

One thing she said stuck with us. At most universities, using AI can actually cost you marks. At Nexford, it's built into how you learn. She graduated ready for an AI-shaped world, not apologizing for using the tools that run it.

And honestly, the AI part is just one piece of what she's walking away with.

Congratulations, Anastasiia. And to every grad in the Class of 2026, we could not be prouder of you. πŸŽ‰

And this is just one story. Tune in for more from graduation day.

Drop a congrats below πŸ‘‡

William didn't sit around waiting for AI to become someone else's job. He learned it, then aimed it right at his own portfolio. All 42 clients of it. πŸ“Š

Based in Canada, William is a program portfolio manager who takes us back to one of his MBA courses, where it all started. The module was on digital transformation: using big data and AI to find efficiencies and save time.

Except he actually went and used it.

He rebuilt his tracking in Airtable, and now he can see the health of every one of those 42 accounts in real time. πŸ’‘

He'll tell you it's changed how he runs his work, full stop.

Which is kind of the point. You learn the thing, then you use the thing.

Can you relate? What's a tool or skill you picked up that genuinely changed how you work? Tell us below πŸ‘‡
