Your company probably doesn't have an AI deadline. That's exactly the problem.

The role that decides where AI actually goes is already open, and no one's been named to it.

The UAE just made the timeline obvious. It's given itself two years to move half of its government services onto agentic AI. Some entities are aiming for 75%.

So what does that actually require from people?

Ayman Itani, who advises on that rollout and founded Think Media Labs, sat down with our CEO Fadl Al Tarzi.

Their take: it's not about learning to code. It's AI skills layered on business sense, the person who understands the process AND the tech, and decides where AI should actually go.

There's a name for that role now: the AI Translator, the job our online BS in AI for Business (BSAIB) and MS in AI (MSAI) are built for.
