Helping others live a happier and healthier lifestyle!

Day 1 is in the books! Year 8, here we go!

Most popular question today... “When do we get to come back to school?!”

09/01/2020

That 5am alarm doesn’t bring me joy.

What brings me joy is that I get to spend my morning plugging into me.

+logging onto my no snooze crew accountability zoom
+drinking my favorite morning cocktail
+reading my devotional and personal development book
+planning out the day ahead
+pressing play on my workout

These mornings are sacred. I know how important it is to pour into my own cup before I can pour into others cups. This routine I have built allows me to be the very best version of myself and I know am a better person to those around me because of it.

Before you give the excuse that you are not a morning person, believe that whatever you make a priority in your life, will happen. You have a choice; you get to decide how you start your day! ✨

We’re in this together. Parents too! This year will need to be full of grace and understanding but if we support each other we can do anything! 💪🏼💖

✨ADD TO CART✨

Sometimes you need to hit the “reset” button and sometimes you need to hit the “add to cart” button— And sometimes, you gotta do both!

I was in such a funk last week but I took control this week and hit the reset button! A gentle 3 day cleanse and a new outfit I feel good in and I’m feeling like a new woman!🙌🏼🤩

Are you feeling the weight of the world on your shoulders lately too?? Take some time to hit the reset button and treat yourself to something that makes you feel good! 💕

I don’t know who this girl is with the clean hair, ready for the day and already tackled half her to-do list by noon on a Monday but... I like her. 🤩

You might not feel like it every day, but every day you are worth showing up for ✨

Tired and unmotivated? Tell yourself you are worth it.
Not to your goal yet? You're worth the effort it takes.
Fell out of your routine or struggling to find one? You're worth picking yourself up and starting again.

When you make your worth non-negotiable, you stop doubting IF you can do it, because deep down you know you WILL do it!

Taking care of ourselves should be a priority everyday not just on 💪🏼☀️

Just a casual, quarantined Friday night.

Wine, pups and yoga 🍷 🐶 🧘🏼‍♀️

Sundays are all about self care and getting prepared for the week!

Personal development and church from the couch with coffee in hand ☕️
Workout and extra stretching 🧘🏼‍♀️
Planning for the first week of online teaching 👩🏼‍🏫
Making a plan for keeping my nutrition on track this week 🥗

Now it’s time to wind down with a book and get a good nights sleep!

& don’t stop no matter what , the dude with the sign or anyone else has to say about it! Keep doing YOU! You have no idea who you may be inspiring 💕

So many lives have been changed by at home workouts and I’m one of them!

I know personally how much staying committed to moving my body every day has impacted not only my physical health, but also my mental health over the past two years and especially throughout the last 2 weeks of

You don’t have to be doing the same workouts as me. There are endless home workouts out there. You could be riding your bike, taking a walk, pinteresting and YouTubing workout videos or maybe your local gym or yoga studio is live streaming workouts. Just because most gyms are closed doesn’t mean you have to give up on your goals!

Today we came together all across the world for and shared whatever we did to get our bodies moving today!

So I’ll keep sharing my home workouts and if you don’t like it then you know where the unfollow button is!✌🏼
