Martha Kathryn Findley earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) on July 31 from the University of North Alabama (UNA), with a focus in Educational Leadership and Simulation. As a nurse educator at a rural community college in central Alabama, her doctoral project centered on equitable health promotion for Sexual and Gender Diverse (SGD) Populations, reflecting her commitment to advancing equitable, evidence‑based nursing practice.
