J Street U at Skidmore provides an opportunity for students to bring conversatoin, education, and action to Skidmore. This group promotes the J-Street mission of a two-state solution for peace for the state of Israel and the future state of Palestine. J-Street U Mission:

J Street U is the student organizing arm of J Street, the political home for pro-Israel, pro-peace Americans. We are a nationwi

de movement of campus chapters advocating and educating on colleges and universities, in our communities and on Capitol Hill for vigorous and sustained American leadership in facilitating a negotiated, two-state resolution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. We are deeply committed to ensuring Israel’s future as the democratic homeland of the Jewish people, which can only be secured through a two-state resolution.

Last week, over 70 Skidmore students gathered in Davis to hear from Noam and Abude on their personal experiences with the Israeli-Palestinian conflict - what an awesome event!! Thank you to everyone who came for all of your thoughtful questions and feedback. We're so excited to move forward on this issue on campus and expand the conversation to include more voices for peace.
