"New Story of Energy" is an event series organized by Georgetown University students to take place throughout the Spring 2017 semester. It seeks to educate students on technologies that produce, store, and transmit renewable energy. The events include guest speakers, workshops for DIY projects (how to make a solar cooker or portable wind turbine), and tours of renewable energy plants.

In case your enthusiasm for energy development knows no monetary (and scheduling) constraints, we encourage you to check out this fantastic energy symposium at Columbia University early next month. Unfortunately, the New Story wallet is a little dry, so we cannot support any major trips as much as we'd like to. Marty needs a lot of power to get back to the future... We need about 2000x as much just to get to the future in the first place. We hope that, just this once, Doc Brown was wrong.
