Get some outside time and come to the Black Excellence Hike—a vibrant outdoor experience designed to celebrate community, connection, and wellness. Set against the scenic backdrop of the Chesapeake & Ohio Canal Historic National Park, this easy 3-mile hike invites you to move your body, meet new people, and be in community with like-minded individuals.
There is a $20 park entrance fee. Carpooling is strongly encouraged.

Just like last time, your ticket will cover an appetizer (wings, fried plantain, lemon kale salad, or spinach dip). Proceeds will be donated to support the chapter’s Pre-College Initiative programs

Come join the NSBE DC Family for The Corner Pocket Mixer: A Sunday Funday Event at the Center Pocket Sports Bar in Bowie, MD. The weather is getting warm and nice, so make sure to come out! We will have our own private room and a couple of pool tables just for our crew. There will also be exclusive access to games such as darts, Giant Jenga, Connect 4, Ping Pong, and your typical card games (and all day Happy Hour)! Name tags will be provided along with stickers to identify your career field and if you are looking for new opportunities or offering them. Get to know someone new!
