Data-driven intervention has a real impact.

Two Rivers Public Charter School has reimagined intervention by using data to meet students where they are. As a result, students thrive, educators feel empowered, and a culture of shared learning takes hold.

🎬 Huge congrats to our 7th grader Nico, who’s been a part of the boat since age 3 and JUST won Best Young Actor at the Washington DC International Cinema Festival for his lead role as Eli Miller in Scarecrow! 🌾 This 1960s thriller from Azads Studios earned 7 nominations and 3 wins.

Nico discovered his love of acting at Two Rivers through writing and acting in student films. Previously, he starred in Whitsunday, voice animated films Crossing the Border & Killer Instincts, and played Ezra in Jesse Tree Tales on the Hallow app.
He's also shined in school musicals like Moana Jr., W***y Wonka Jr., and Beauty and the Beast Jr.

Outside of Two Rivers, Nico trained with Studio Acting Conservatory, Encore Stage, Theatre Lab, Broadway Artists Alliance (NYC), and soon A Class Act NY!

🏆 Catch him receiving his award at the festival’s gala this summer — date TBD!

🎉 This special event allows our students to showcase their high-quality work. Through authentic, complex, and beautifully crafted presentations, students will demonstrate their learning journeys and accomplishments.
