The echoes of this months stated program are still moving through the Lodge ⚒️
Right Worshipful Brother and Illustrious Brother Burton Levy took us beyond the surface with “The Origins of Freemasonry: A Closer Look.” A night of tracing symbols, traditions, and the paths laid before us by those who came before. Some doors open with keys — others open with questions.
Now, we continue the work through fellowship.
This Thursday, join the Brothers of Singleton Lodge #7 for our monthly social:
📍 Two Nineteen Restaurant
📍 219 King St, Alexandria, VA 22314
Brothers, visiting Masons, and men curious about the Craft are welcome. Step out for a moment and into good conversation, stronger bonds, and an evening among friends.
The work may pause, but the Brotherhood never does.

Last month’s social at Casta Rum Bar was a great time. Good conversation, good energy, and real fellowship with Brothers, visiting Masons, and men interested in the Craft.
That is what Singleton-Hope-Lebanon No. 7 is about: building Brotherhood beyond the Lodge room, strengthening friendships, and creating space for men to learn more about Freemasonry in a relaxed and welcoming way.
Now we carry that same spirit into tomorrow’s May 7th Stated Communication.
Join Singleton Lodge #7 for an enlightening program:
The Origins of Freemasonry: A Closer Look
Presented by RWB & Ill. Burton Levy, 33°
Reception begins at 6:30 PM and is open to anyone interested in Masonry.
Lodge opens at 7:30 PM and the program is closed to non-Masons.
Advance dinner registration is kindly requested so we can confirm an accurate head count.
See you tomorrow, Brethren.

As we close out March, we want to take a moment to reflect on a powerful communication and extend our thanks to Bro. JD Angel Jones, PhD for his engaging presentation:
“The Digital Great Architect: Can AI Experience the Sacred?”
A conversation that pushed us to think deeper—about innovation, consciousness, and the balance between technology and the sacred. Real dialogue. Real perspective.
Appreciate everyone who showed up and contributed.
Now it’s time to shift gears—just a little.

🌙✨ Eid Mubarak from Singleton Lodge #7 ✨🌙
As the crescent moon rises, we join in celebrating Eid al-Fitr, a time of reflection, gratitude, and renewal.
Freemasonry teaches us the importance of unity, charity, and brotherhood—values that align deeply with the spirit of this sacred day. Today, we honor our brothers, families, and communities observing Eid, and we celebrate the light that connects us all.
May this day bring peace, prosperity, and continued light to your path.
Faith. Unity. Brotherhood.

🎶 February Reflections
At the beginning of this month, we gathered for a powerful program:
“Harmony: Esoteric Understanding of Masonry through Music,” presented by Bro. Sam Johannes.
Bro. Johannes invited us to consider the parallels between music and the esoteric dimension of our Sublime Craft — structure, symbolism, rhythm, discipline, and transcendence. Both are profound systems of knowledge capable of shaping the human spirit when studied with intention.
It was a reminder that Masonry isn’t just ritual — it’s resonance. When studied deeply, it refines us.
Thank you to Bro. Sam for a thoughtful and inspiring presentation.

🍻 Now, let’s continue the fellowship.

Today we commemorate Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., whose ideals continue to guide us toward Truth, justice, and brotherly love.
His vision reminds us that humanity is bound together by our shared responsibility to one another—across differences, backgrounds, and beliefs.
“We must live together as Brothers or perish together as fools.”
— Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
May we honor his legacy not only in words, but in action—by choosing unity, service, and compassion in our daily work.
