I hold a Licensed Masters of Social Work from Hunter College Silberman School of Social Work, and currently work as a Clinical Therapist (LCSW-NY) for New York State residents. From 13+ years of working professionally in health & mental health services, I discovered my deep passion for supporting individuals going through life transitions and life challenges (any type of loss, breakup/divorce, social issue, tough family decision, etc.). With 6+ years of providing clinical therapy to a diverse range of clients, I have strengthened my approach to offer evidence-based strategies and techniques to help my clients move past hardships in order to rebuild self-confidence, pursue inner-happiness and work towards new life goals. I will provide you with consistent motivation and support every step of the way.
