Jane Goodall's Roots & Shoots is creating positive change. At GW, we focus on conservation issues, mainly on problems of great ape habitat destruction.

GW Roots & Shoots is part of a larger Jane Goodall Institute Program called Roots and Shoots. Through Roots and Shoots, students from around the world engage in projects based on their own interests in areas concerning people, animals and the environment. GW Roots & Shoots members are interested raising awareness for great ape conservation and palm oil issues in the GW Community.
