Drop a heart below if after you've ever had an amazing connection with someone, your heart is busting open, your body is buzzing, the endorphins are flowing, and you want to shout it to the world!

How amazing would it be to feel like singing about it every time?

Here's the not-so-secret "secret" -- really good s*x (consistently) rarely just happens.

And it's not based on what your body looks like, how hot your partner is, what you wear, or what fancy tricks you can pull off.

It takes two key skills, which anyone can learn, practice, and embody:

❤️ Knowing and accepting yourself intimately. What turns you on, what turns you off, and what circumstances allow you to feel safe & secure in your body.

❤️ Communicating what you desire with your partner(s). Feeling confident to voice your authentic yeses and nos, and ask for what you want without shame!

No matter your past, hurts, current shames, or how you might currently feel, you CAN reclaim your right to have celebratory worthy s*x.

Embracing your Erotic Blueprint is the key to knowing what you crave and how to ask for it, as well as releasing shame. I lead a series of three recurring workshops teaching you HOW.

Stay tuned...in my next post I'll describe each workshop.

Moving my body is what keeps me grounded, no matter where I travel.

Sometimes that means squeezing my yoga mat aside a table; other times I get an amazing space like this pent house level pool at the gorgeous in at 13,000 ft!

We’ve been climbing to the roof of an abandoned building for sunset yoga. Last night was spectacular!

Nothing like messing around on the deserted beach on a super windy day to lift my mood!

𝗪𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐠𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞.⁣⁣

This beautiful beach is basically my front yard. Yes, I am living in tropical paradise. Everything should be perfect in my life, right? ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
From whatever discomfort you’re currently experiencing, you are probably thinking I shouldn’t have any problems when I’m here and you’re there. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
“If only I was (insert better place), then I’d feel (insert better emotional state)” or another variant of “When I have x, then I’ll finally feel y.” It’s a toxic pattern – and we all do it – of making excuses for our lack of happiness.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
As a traveler, I have been incredibly fortunate to be on many tropical beaches like this, and I’ve still managed to feel lonely, or sad, or unsure of myself. Why?⁣⁣
⁣⁣
𝘉𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘐 𝘤𝘢𝘯’𝘵 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘭 𝘮𝘺𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧. 𝘉𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘐 𝘨𝘰, 𝘨𝘶𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘰’𝘴 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘢𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘮𝘦?⁣⁣
𝘔𝘦, 𝘮𝘺𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘐.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Of course, having access to a tropical beach, warm weather and sunshine does greatly contribute to my sense of well-being. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
And… it’s not a panacea. We all know people who have everything they could ever want in the world, and all they see is lack and problems. ⁣⁣

Getting on a plane and going somewhere amazing isn’t the full solution. This is one of the (many many things) I love about the inner journey that accompanies the outer journey of travel – the stripping away of illusions. When you’re on that gorgeous beach and thinking damn it in my head it was supposed to all be perfect once I got here, far away from the s**t weather, or the job I hated, and yet why I am still having these same persistent thoughts and problems? Travel strips away all the if onlys and whens and forces you to truly confront yourself face to face. ⁣⁣

Jumping into the weekend like....

But actually, I've been deep in a master coach training all week, dreaming big and embodying what I want to create for my life and my clients this year.

I had a major shift from omg these dreams and goals feel big and htf am I going to do that, to what if dreaming big just felt kind of ridiculous and fun and easy, no matter whether it all comes true?

So here's me jumping playfully into what scares me during my lunch break yesterday.

What big dreams do you have for your life this year, and how I can support you in acheiving them? I have space for two new clients starting in February - will it be your turn this year?
