Happy Labor Day!!!! As a Nation, we must always remember those that paved the way in the various Civil rights and Labor movements throughout our young history. As it is these pioneers that brought us unions, minimum wage, labor rights, and various other protections and comforts that we enjoy today. We hope every enjoyed the time off with loved ones and great food!
The 2019-20 school year was certainly the most challenging year in our history but it was also the most inspiring. 24 hours after our schools closed in March, we launched our distance learning program nationwide. We acted with urgency. We led with compassion. We innovated new solutions. And we came together as a community to fight for justice and equity. Take a look at what we accomplished in three short months and ask yourself, what are they gonna do now that they've had more time to plan? Well, I guess you have to enroll as a Rocketeer and see what we have in store for your 2020-21 school year next week!
