Students from across KIPP DC’s 22 schools submitted entries under the theme “Looking Back, Looking Forward.” We were astounded by the creativity and talent of our students and are proud of all of our artists! We're happy to highlight our contest winners: Josiah, Gracie, and Dontrell.

Students from KIPP DC College Preparatory recently took the stage on It’s Academic, competing against teams from Bowie High School and Seneca Valley High School in this iconic academic competition.

At KIPP DC, we’re a part of the larger KIPP Public Schools network and we all share in the collective focus of supporting our students to, through, and beyond college. As part of this focus, KIPP establishes metric goals that align to our priorities. Three anchor goals are targets set for Bachelors Degree Enrollment, Any Pathway to College (including Associates Degree), and Estimated College Completion.

We’re proud to report that for the Class of 2025, KIPP DC is one of the KIPP regions that met all three of these target metric goals. Thank you to the many wonderful teachers and staff that support this important work. We also want to shout out our amazing students for their talent, intelligence and hard work - we’re excited to see your continued success!
