Not every learner struggles because they are incapable.
Sometimes, the instruction simply doesn’t match how they process learning.

Supporting teachers is one of the most important and complex parts of instructional leadership.
Classrooms today are dynamic. Teachers are responding to different learning needs, pacing challenges, and classroom realities all at once. At the same time, leaders are working to provide meaningful support within limited time and resources.
Understanding these realities is the first step toward building systems that truly support both teaching and learning.
