Last night, Team Dare to Care won the LLS Student of the Year Mission Citizenship Award for showing exemplary commitment to the mission of LLS and the LLS National Blood Donor Award for raising $73,000 in 6-weeks to fund blood cancer research with the privilege of naming an LLS-funded cutting-edge research portfolio after our campaign hero, Luke McGuire.
Collectively, the 2016 LLS National Capital Chapter campaign raised almost $593,654 for LLS breaking all national records and topping last year's total by almost $200,000. We are so proud to have been part of this great campaign!
