As U.S. Representative Kathy Castor says, it’s not the Florida Public Service Commission, it’s the UTILITY Service Commission given how often the Governor’s appointed commissioners side for the polluting electric utilities and against Florida consumers. Luckily folks are speaking out against FPL’s proposed $10 billion rate increase.
