Leading up, leading down, and knowing the difference. The NDU Student Town Hall brought together military, civilian, and private sector perspectives to prepare the Class of 2026 for exactly the kind of senior leadership the nation requires.

NDUF is proud to amplify this moment as graduation approaches.

Tomorrow morning, Fort Bragg, North Carolina becomes the setting for the first of NDU's Class of 2026 graduation ceremonies.

The Joint Special Operations Master of Arts program at the College of International Security Affairs represents some of the most specialized academic work within the NDU system. Thursday, June 4th, that work is recognized. A cohort that chose to push their thinking further, sharpen their strategic judgment, and deepen their expertise in one of the most consequential fields in national security will cross that stage during NDU's 50th Anniversary year.

NDUF will be watching. Stay tuned for highlights from the ceremony.

Over three ceremonies across three locations, graduates from the Joint Forces Staff College, the Dwight D. Eisenhower school for National Security and Resource Strategy, the National War College, the College of Information & Cyberspace and the College of International Security Affairs will mark the conclusion of one of the most demanding years in professional military education.

Fort Bragg. Fort Lesley J. McNair. NSA Hampton Roads. Three locations. One graduating class. Fifty years of strategic leadership excellence behind them and the full weight of the mission ahead.

NDUF is proud to support the institution that makes this moment possible. Stay tuned as we bring you highlights from each ceremony across the coming days.

SEALIFT

Ask any logistician what wins wars and the answer rarely starts with a weapon system.

Sealift is the connective tissue of American power projection. Without the ability to move forces, equipment, and sustainment across oceans at scale, even the most precisely crafted strategy cannot be executed. Roughly 90 percent of all military cargo moves by sea, making sealift not just a support function but a foundational element of warfighting capability.

Two institutions sit at the center of that capability.
U.S. Transportation Command serves as the single manager for the Department of Defense's transportation enterprise, ensuring forces can be delivered when and where the mission demands. Military Sealift Command provides the maritime backbone, operating and managing the ships that keep the Joint Force sustained in theater.

The National Defense University develops leaders who understand exactly how these systems connect strategy to ex*****on, and what happens when that connection is tested under pressure.

Seoul, South Korea. August 31 to September 4, 2026. For NDU alumni, this is where continuing education meets the Indo-Pacific's most consequential strategic partnership.

ACES 2026 is not a conference. It is a deliberate, structured week of intellectual engagement built specifically for the NDU alumni community. Opening networking sets the foundation. Breakout sessions and electives deepen the dialogue. Plenaries and senior speakers sharpen the strategic lens. The International Hall of Fame ceremony honors the leaders who carried the mission forward. Seminar briefbacks and graduation close the week with the same rigor that defined your time at NDU.

Five days. One community. A location that makes the strategic context impossible to ignore.

Fifty days from now, national security education in America takes a significant step forward.

The National Intelligence University's transition into NDU as the National Intelligence College is a deliberate convergence of two of the nation's most consequential educational institutions. It brings intelligence education into closer alignment with joint warfighting, strategic leadership, and the full spectrum of national security demands that NDU has served for five decades.

NDUF is proud to support this transition and the dedicated teams across NIU, NDU, and the Intelligence Community making it possible. The mission continues. It just got stronger.

Few voices carry the weight of someone who has held the highest military advisory position in the United States. Retired General Joseph F. Dunford, Jr., 19th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, takes the podium at the Scowcroft Lecture Series on National Security Strategy on Wednesday, June 3, 2026.

Named after Brent Scowcroft, one of America's most distinguished national security advisors and a proud NDU alumnus, this lecture series represents exactly the kind of strategic dialogue that NDU was built to host. Senior leaders engaging seriously with the most consequential national security questions of our time, in the institution purpose-built to develop that thinking.

NDUF is proud to amplify this event and the National War College Alumni Association for hosting it. Conversations at this level, between leaders of this caliber, are what keep America's strategic edge sharp. Arnold Auditorium, Roosevelt Hall. 0900 ET.
