“The world does not just need more graduates. It needs more Bison.”
During Saturday’s induction into the Howard University Alumni Association, President Dr. Kandace L. Harris challenged the Class of 2026 to walk boldly in their excellence and embrace the responsibility that comes with being a Howard graduate.
In her charge to the newest alumni, she reminded graduates that Howard has prepared them not only to enter the world, but to challenge it, reimagine it, and leave every room better than they found it.
As Howard’s newest alumni continue celebrating commencement week and prepare for their next chapter, they do so carrying forward a legacy of Truth and Service that continues to shape the world.
Congratulations, Class of 2026. HU!
