This is the most personal book I’ve ever written—and probably the strangest.
If you’ve ever been curious about how I came to live so freely in my body, embrace my s*xuality without shame, experience s*x as sacred, and build a spiritual life rooted in embodiment rather than transcendence, this book tells that story.
It is part memoir, part spiritual philosophy, part q***r scripture, part love story—moving through devotion, disillusionment, sacred eros, spiritual authority, q***rness, pleasure, grief, and the long process of becoming the person I am today.
And woven through it are poems about two gay lover-priests finding one another across thousands of years, often at the end of the world.
I have been calling this my twenty-year thesis.
I have never been prouder of anything I’ve created.
