Here’s a great opportunity to be a holiday elf who brightens the season for children: Whittier Elementary PTO has a goal to send each of their students home with a gift before winter break. You can contribute by ordering through their Amazon wish list, and toys will ship directly to the school’s address. Whittier is a Title I school where a lot of the children live in areas that have been affected by ICE kidnappings this fall. Your contribution could mean a lot. Please donate today to help the PTO reach their goal on time.

Greetings, all! I know it has been some time since I have posted. I have received some recent tutoring inquiries, so I wanted to share here that my fall 2021 schedule is currently filled. I may, however, have appointment openings starting in January 2022.

Do your child use a school-issued laptop or tablet? Then it is time to check to see if it needs any software or operating system updates. Many school-issued devices are set to update only when they are connected to the school's network. For those of you with children who have been distance learning since last March, your children's devices could be a year behind in necessary software and security updates.
