1. Gradual Adjustment of Bedtimes
Start Early: Begin shifting bedtimes and wake-up times a few weeks before school starts. Move bedtime earlier by 15-30 minutes every few days.
Consistent Schedule: Maintain a consistent sleep routine even on weekends to help regulate the body's internal clock.
2. Create a Morning Routine
Practice Runs: A week before school starts, do practice runs of the morning routine. This includes waking up, getting dressed, having breakfast, and leaving the house on time.
