Rainy Days for Homeschooler are so much fun!

Lots of making things and being creative today —— Today, we had an amazing discussion on our bodies and nutrition and then each Eagle and Eaglette made healthy snacks —- cucumber salad and nut free trial mix!

And they had the chance to make paper machete with household items!! Can’t wait to see the final outcome!

Who said school can’t be filled with learning what the student wants to learn and having fun with real life learning too!

Today, all Soar High Eagles and Eaglettes had math choice, earned Soar Bucks and Eagle Coins, had choice reading, built a fort that turned into a reading nook and ended the day with making mixed protein nachos for lunch as a friendly competition!

Who says video games can’t teach a learning target. At our Eagles use all experiences to learn! Today, this AuSome Eagle grasped the concept of probability using NBA2K and determining the probability of 3 point shots of certain players in the game (human/computer usage) vs. real life (NBA games)
