You might know me because of my love of creativity, color, and coaching (helping others find their joy and purpose is my life’s purpose)!

In case we haven’t met yet, I am an artist, certified life coach, TEDx speaker, award winning podcaster, mama to 2 boys, and am active duty military. 

Welcome! I’m so excited you’re here.

Art has become the best creative outlet for me - a chance to discover and be open amidst a life of structure. With a decade of experience leading hundreds and my personal endeavors into creativity, I’ve found my purpose in life and I want to help you find yours too.

Last year was quite busy. We welcomed our second munchkin and became a family of 4. My husband came home from a year overseas - which meant I was working full time, pregnant, and simgle mom-ing with a toddler for a year - looking back, I'm so proud that I did it but it was definitely tough. Then we moved across the country with a 3 month old, and both started new jobs.

This year we're looking forward to exploring the DC area together.
