A Missing Piece In Today’s Educational Systems: Good Leadership Development for Young Children – By Dr Aderonke Kujore Adelekan Until now, our educational systems globally have been focused on the core of math reading, sciences, and art but a key aspect is still missing and this is the reason for many of today’s societal issues.

Today, as the world commemorates International Education Day, we at Aderonke Foundation make known our commitment to the education of every Nigerian child. We stay focused on our mission to raise a new generation of Nigerian citizens and leaders who are ethical, competent, and have a spirit of service that is focused on improving their communities.

Following active participation in our educational programs, we commit to offering at least a part time gainful employment opportunity to every child that joins us early as age 6 once they complete their NYSC. We are in it for the long haul. We are not interested in a perpetual aid arrangement. Using education, we are changing the dynamics, we are empowering our children, we are building the nation that we will all be proud to call home.

Thankful for the completion of our first monthly team meeting for 2023. We are making progress. We are so excited about what’s to come.

Leadership development sessions from last week. 2000 children reached.

We served over 2500 children in our Children’s Leadership program just this past week … on track to serve over 100,000 children this year. Tell me that’s not God. Excuse me make I dance 💃🏾 💃🏾

I know it’s thanksgiving but our Child Leader Advocates are out there rocking it. Here are some pictures from one of our leadership workshops today.
