Did you know that your relationship with yourself sets the tone for every other relationship you have?

Yup, that’s right! We have to love ourselves first in order for others to love us and it is complicated!

It’s complicated because you cannot just walk away from yourself, you have to face yourself every single day.

So until you start forgiving yourself for every mistake, every flaw, everything that makes you disgusted with yourself you will not be able to move forward and make lasting relationships with others.

Release the judgement, look yourself in the eyes, let go, and remind yourself how beautiful, wonderful, amazing, inspiring, and gorgeous you are and remember there is no one like you and that is what makes you YOU!

✨DREAM BIG✨

Don’t be afraid to let your dreams be so big they scare the S #&T out of you! I have so many that they scare me every day.

One day I had this dream that I would love myself if and only if I got down to a size 4 and that at that point my life would be PERFECT 💁🏼‍♀️

Many women have this same vision/dream! That if and only if they look a certain way or get down to a certain size or number on the scale that they will be happy and life will be perfect. The reality of it is that this is not true! I got down to my goal size and nothing changed, I wasn’t happier, life wasn’t perfect, and I still wanted more because I still did not look or feel the way I wanted.

It wasn’t until I changed my perception and started loving me for who I am and not what I looked like that everything changed and just clicked and I found the freedom I was looking for.

My dreams are a little different now, and actually mean something a little more. All of this to say, you can find your freedom too just like my clients. There are a lot misconceptions about exercise and for women in particular, here are a few that are definitely FALSE!


✨Strength training will make you look bulky and manly- have you seen me? 👀
✨Machines are better than free weights- I have not used weight machines in years! 🏋🏻‍♀️
✨Exercising certain muscles burns fat in that target area- there is no way to target certain areas!💁🏼‍♀️

Did you know that our relationship with our bodies are usually shaped by the way your parents perceived their bodies and things they would say, and also shaped by the first people we were also in relationships with and how they perceived our bodies? If those experiences were negative we tend to have negative relationships with ourselves 😳



Normally I would not have posted this photo 🙈 This photo would have sent me over the edge because I would have found lot of things wrong with myself and picked every inch of this photo apart, especially my legs, I have always had an issue with my legs! I have always been so self conscious about my body that I would hide every inch and be so ashamed! Did you know I have never worn shorts until this year? 🤫



Instead of beating myself up, I am so proud of who I am today and not ashamed of showing off my body, wearing what I want, loving myself for who I am and how far I have come and NO ONE can tell me otherwise. You know that saying, “Be kind because you never know what someone else is going through”? I always keep that in mind when speaking to anyone because it’s true. Someone could be struggling and you have no clue, your kind words could change their life! So remember friends, BE KIND and allow your light to SHINE ✨
