We are revolutionizing the approach to on-boardingm DEI training and cultural engineering.
We are pioneers in the creation of a progressive Colleague Competency Curriculum designed to create change in the heart of each and every colleague.
Students often question whether or not their cultural background is connected to their collegiality. They hate to assume this of others and feel guilt and shame when they do. They also hate to feel that others are judging or misjudging them as a result of their cultural identify; especially when there may be a blind spot involved.
Here is a snippet from one of our instructors about the connection between our cultural identity and our collegiality.
