Welcome to Reset: A Soul-Tending Journaling & Meditation Class, a space to slow down and to tend to the garden within. Through guided journaling and reflection, we’ll explore the condition of our hearts: Is the soil rocky, thorny, or fertile? Rooted in Luke 8:4–15, this experience invites you to examine what you’re cultivating and create space for God’s Word to grow and flourish in your life.

✨ What to Expect:
📖 Therapist led reflection on how we can create space for God’s word to take root in our lives.

📝 Journaling prompts to evaluate where your time, energy, and focus are going.

🧘🏽‍♀️ Quiet moments of meditation to invite rest, renewal, and divine direction.

💬 A safe space for women to share, connect, and grow together.

I applied to the Social Innovation Lab at Johns Hopkins University for the past 3 years. Each year, I was invited to interview for a second round amongst 100+ applicants.

The first year, the timing didn’t feel right so I didn’t even move forward with the next interview.

The second year, I interviewed twice but ultimately wasn’t selected.

The third year, this year, I was finally granted acceptance into the accelerator program! Only one problem: I’m in school full time and I couldn’t make my schedule work.

I texted my family group chat and my mom reminded me that I’m where I know I’m supposed to be right now and that more opportunities will come my way.

It felt good to know that I worked on critiques they gave me over the last 2 years and I showed myself worthy of a spot. But the reality is I’m preparing my business for a much larger stage by being in school. Everything worked out as it should.

I hope this is encouragement to someone to keep knocking on doors until they close. And even if they close, you can knock again. What’s for you won’t miss you.
