They've taken home several awards for this HUGE burger which blurs lines on how a burger is built...and oh how it hits your mouth in such delicious ways!!!!

I took this video yesterday...and today's probably a day to swim or lay out at the pool, which makes me wonder:

Orange You Happy!

Watch for this Orange 1-2-3-4 Cake Recipe!

One big note:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and it only took my oven 53 minutes to bake!

This cake from scratch is:

1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup neutral oil (I used vegetable oil)
1 zest from and orange
The juice from 1/2 that same orange
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1 tbsp Vanilla bean paste
1 tbsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1.5 cups of All Purpose flour
4 whole eggs

I'm a bowl:

Whisk together all the wet ingredients then add in all the dry and whisk them until they're incorporated.

I lined a bread loaf with parchment paper, but you can use one and simply coat it in butter and a light coating of flour to prevent sticking.

Pour the batter into your bread loaf and use a knife to slice a dividing line down the center of the batter (to help release air while it's baking).

Place the pan & batter into the pre-heated oven for 50 to 60 minutes (depending on your oven).

Removethe loaf from the oven once a toothpick comes out clean and allow to rest or cool before you consume it....but enjoy💖💖💖

Yep, at it again with homemade Meatballs in Gravy. This time I stuck with my tried and true meatballs and skipped the breadcrumbs. (I will forever dislike them after THAT last time🤬).
