On Friday, 5/@17, Bishop Cohen awarded the President's Service Award by the Points of Light Foundation to Michelle Aline Goulet who served concurrently as her VFW Post Chaplain as well as District Chaplain logging dozens upon dozens of volunteer services hours.
The National Association of Veterans Service Organization Chaplains is a Certifying Organization for Points of Light.
