Just got this lovely testimonial from a home organizing client.

"Amy is an amazing home organizer! She gave practical suggestions for space saving furniture, and ideas for creating more open space in our home. She also used her years of coaching experience to quickly deconflict varying perspectives on collecting and displaying treasures from overseas. She's a gem and we highly recommend her services."

If you or anyone you know is looking for help organizing or redesigning the layout of the furniture in your space to make it feel more in flow and spacious please reach out to me. Happy to chat with you to see how I might be able to help.

I absolutely love doing this work and have been doing it part time word of mouth for many years. I work in person in the DC Metro area. Excited for new projects that may come my way.

Are you a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) or empath? I am planning to host a free, group zoom sometime soon to chat about Empowering Empaths and HSPs. Let me know if you'd be interested in attending or if you know someone who might be.

Below is the book cover of "The Highly Sensitive Person" by Elaine N. Aron, Ph.D . who researched the trait and coined the term. Here is a link to her website and the self test there. https://hsperson.com/test/

Want to get more organized and tackle some of the clutter in your space but don't know how to start? I am excited to try out a new idea to help folks with organizing their space.

Join me on zoom for "Let's Get Organized! Group Session to Help You Get Started in Your Space" on Wednesday, October 8th from 6:30 PM - 7:10 PM to help you finally get started.

Many of you may not know this about me but in addition Life Coaching, I also offer in person Home Organizing and Redesign using what you already have, for those local to the DC Metro area. I love doing this work but I wasn't sure if I could find a way to help folks over zoom. I was inspired to create this offering after a wonderful conversation I had recently with a friend.

We'll do a check in where each person will get to share if they like and I'll share some tips as well and then we'll work on our own stuff while on the zoom together for 20 minutes and check back in with each other when done. We'll have time at the beginning and end for questions and shares. The zoom will go for 30-40 minutes, depending on how many people show up.

I am looking forward to trying something new with a group over zoom. Since this is a new idea, I am offering this free of charge.
Please let me know if you plan to be there by commenting on this post and I'll send you the direct zoom link in messenger.

I look forward to seeing how this goes! Let's Get Organized!

I so relate to this. A lot of what I have been working on lately is keeping my nervous system regulated and moving from a place where I can feel both calm and inspired/ motivated without being motivated by intense emotions or stress.

I've spent this last month in Costa Rica and am heading back home tomorrow.

While here, I've been focusing on calming my nervous system and restoring a sense of ease and spaciousness in my physical body.

I've been remembering to breathe from my belly and not just into my belly. I've been catching myself when I hold my breath - which I apparently do pretty often - and reminding myself to drop the clenching in my body and to breathe.

I have realized that so much of my motivation in life has come from agitation and stress and frustration rather than from a place of clarity, calm and inspired action where I am empowered, centered and aligned.

It is from this place that I wish to be moving in the world more and more. It is from this place that I am committed to living in more and more.

Awareness is the first step they say. Ahh... smiling and sighing and taking another deep breath.

Curious... How does the text in the image below land for you?

Where are you growing?

What does this message highlight for you?

If you want to build a great life, slow down.
Anyone can caffeinate & push hard toward their next goal.
But it's not sustainable.
Long-term energy comes from alignment.
And alignment requires feeling the subtle difference between energy created from anxiety & energy created from inspiration.

The Importance of Smaller Steps.
