Graduating with such knowledge, allowed her to find her voice and calling to become a true student to the teachings of the yogic lifestyle. From 2016 - 2020, life began to blossom and unfold it’s true meaning and nature towards Chrystina. As she found herself exploring and connecting with the island and people of Oahu, Hawaii, in 2018 she decided to make it official and become a 200hr RYT Yoga Instructor, thus Every Body Yoga with Tina was born. By 2020, the whole world was challenged with the major shift that is the COVID-19 pandemic. During this time, Chrystina made some major shifts of her own and found new roots for her new lovely family of four (Alfred Bowers, Zen Bowers, family dog Zoe Bowers, and herself) in Colorado Springs, CO. As she shifted into motherhood, reflected on her own birth story and settled into this new environment, Chrystina began to acknowledge the following challenges the universe had properly placed for her to accomplish:

- To pay attention to all human interaction and energetic alignment

- To spread the aloha spirit to Every Body because Every Body needs aloha

- To show the many ways of how one can live a life of Wellness naturally within their body and surroundings.

- To be sure that Every Baby and their parents are being properly supported during their beautiful and intense transitional time. So, in May 2021, with all challenges and combined extensive knowledge considered Every Body Wellness, LLC was born. By utilizing her skills within Office Administrations, Human Resources, Hatha/Ashtanga/Kundalini Yoga styles, Childbirth Education, and ongoing esthetician studies Chrystina has been able to confidently run her own business since.
