Child Development II students recently visited the Morris L. Collins Early Childhood Center to explore how thoughtful building design supports young learners. Mrs. Fox guided students through the facility, explaining how the design team intentionally planned the classrooms, commons, playground, and other learning spaces with preschoolers in mind.

Throughout the tour, students saw firsthand how each area maximizes space, functionality, and opportunities for learning and development. It was a great opportunity to connect classroom learning with a real-world early childhood environment!
