We will move directly into a survivor’s story to explore how differentiating thoughts can open the door to clarity, agency, and self-recognition.

Using Fern & Audrey’s proprietary Thought Cards from Course 2, we will examine the survivor’s internal experience alongside the therapist’s observations—considering whether thoughts arise from Function, internal parts, conditioning, religious pressure, harmful altruism, or destructive influence.

Participants will see how careful differentiation can help survivors pause before obeying automatic internal commands, recognize what belongs to them, and rebuild grounded, reality-based thinking.
