Today is the one year anniversary of George Floyd’s murder. ...One year...
There is no reason his family should be without him. My heart breaks for all those who love him.

My heart breaks for all the mothers who have lost their babies in such senseless murders.. especially with such little accountability for those responsible for their babies not being here today.

Our dear friend Reggie put it better than I ever could when he said this:

“Black people deserve to rest in peace while they are still breathing” ()

Oh, what we would give for those lost to be here today... George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, Elijah McClain, Philando Castile, Sandra Bland, Duante Wright, Atatiana Jefferson, Tamir Rice, Eric Garner, Trayvon Martin ... my heart aches as I could keep going...
