📝 Registration packets are ready for pickup starting this week, and you'll find them right outside the office, waiting for you!

📆 Once you've filled yours out, just drop it back off at the office before Wednesday, August 12, our first day of school.

Thank you to everyone who has already shown up to prep the space. Eagle Peak's garden only happens because of parents like you stepping up.

One more work day left to finish before the new school year: 🗓️ Tuesday the 28th, 8am-2pm 👥 Ideally 3-4 people (leaving a bit early is totally fine)

What we're tackling: ✅ Laying down hardware cloth (~30 min with a group) ✅ Building 6 corrugated metal garden beds (~40 min each, socket wrench included in the box!) ✅ Filling woodchip paths around the beds (~2 hours with 2-3 wheelbarrows)

Bring: heavy work gloves, eye protection, sun protection, a mallet, a wheelbarrow, water, and snacks.

This counts toward your 2026-27 volunteer hours! Kids are welcome to tag along but must stay with you at all times (no wandering the grounds or playground).

📢 Garden update! 🎉

We are making lovely progress with the garden bed project! This is not a child-friendly job; we need adults with equipment to join us.

Next task: Lay out wood chips.

Meet at 9 am at school on Thursday, July 23.

You will need: wheelbarrows, shovels, gloves, water, sun protection (please bring these materials with you)

🗣️The Annual Giving Campaign is Eagle Peak’s single largest fundraiser each year. This voluntary donation supports the mission of CFEP and EPMS to provide a full Montessori curriculum within a public charter school environment. CFEP uses its funds to assist EPMS in covering budget shortfalls and to fund specialist programs and the additional components of a Montessori curriculum over and above the state funding level.
