Today While We Were Driving To Golf Practice
The Younger 2 Were Sleeping

My Oldest & I Were Talking
He Asked Me If I Would Be Working Again This Year
I Said Yes But I Need To Take September To Reset Myself First

He Responded Oo Yes You Definitely Do

So I Went A Little Further And Asked Him What Do You Think I Need To Reset With

He Responded Your Food
And Just Like That My 💚 Felt Funny

I Asked What He Meant By That & His Answer Was Simple

When You Are Eating Good You Feel Better
Your More Calm

And It’s Sooo True … My Nutrition Is So Off
But Having My Oldest Say It To Me Was The Gut Check I Needed To Say You Got This Fix It

It Was A Great Reminder About How Important It Is To Listen To Your Children Let Them Tell You What They See & Be Open To Hearing Them

This Conversation Was More Than Just About Food
It Was Being Able To Make It A Safe Place For Him To Tell Me How He Feels & Show Me What I Can Do Better To Support Him

And I’m All For That !!!

So Here’s To Even More Accountability To Reset & Get Back To Feeling My Best Because When I Feel My Best So Does Everyone Else Around Me
