🌀Presence🌀

Headed to the beach to try to find some fresh air, and while the smoke was still present, I decided to be present as well. ✨

Yoga is certainly not just about the postures we move through on the mat. It’s about interacting with your environment. It’s about utilizing the senses (indryas) to find your way to the here and now. It’s about breathing and observing. Knowing where you’ve been, so you can embrace where you are. 🌊
