LPPS Stars and Twinkles

The OT department had a blast today with our Twinkles and Stars! ✨

I'm doing a T-shirt fundraiser for Stars and Twinkles social club for students with disabilities in the Livingston Parish School System. See the design below. $15 each can pick up or deliver locally or add $3 for shipping. Orders due by April 13. Let me know if you would like to order one :). Cash, Check or PayPal. A group from a church in Mandeville is at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Denham Springs with LUNCH! It will be served at noon today, Saturday Sept 3! Please come with anybody and all that you know! Serving Burgers and hot dogs!

With recent flooding events affecting both our schools and community, It is with a heavy heart that we announce that we will have to postpone our annual Stars and Twinkles Fall Fest until the spring. Many of our schools, including the site for the fair, have suffered serious flood damage and are uninhabitable with students attending school elsewhere. Many community members were affected by the flooding and will not have the funds to support our fair this fall. If you have already paid your vendor fee, please expect a refund in the next week. We will be in touch with a future date. Thank you so much for supporting our Stars and Twinkles social group for students with significant disabilities!

From Ms. Jackie Abbington: Tomorrow Friday , Aug 19 Lunch and Dinner plates served at Immaculate Conception from
St. Margaret Mary of Slidell that is cooking hot meals in the Immaculate Conception church parking lot (865 Hatchell Lane) for those displaced in Denham Springs and surrounding areas. They will start serving lunch at 12:00 noon and begin dinner at 5:00 PM. God Bless You All!

This is the major fundraiser for the Stars and Twinkles program benefiting Livingston Parish students. Amazing Princesses

Thank you all so much for coming out and supporting STARS and TWINKLES program for our students with significant disabilities. We had a great day in spite of the weather!! The princess were beautiful, the vendors were great!! We hope to see you all next year!!!!
