Senior year is fast approaching and we’re excited to kick things off with some Senior Spirit! The 2027 Fundraising Committee is selling Senior shirts for $15 (see attachment below) to wear the first day of school and for various school spirit activities/days. If you have twins or would like to order a shirt for yourself, please fill in the “additional shirt order” on the Google Form. All orders must be submitted by Friday, August 7th to ensure delivery before school begins.

Payment can be made via Venmo, cash, or check (details below). Shirts will be ready the week before school starts and I will send an update once they’re available for pickup.

Final post for the Class of 2026! Congratulations again. Make us proud. Make yourselves proud!!

The Class of ‘26 was very special!! We had 101 Graduates in all with almost 100% attending Grad Ball! This class also included 13 alumni children, 1 daughter & 1 nephew of current WHS Staff, 1 set of twins, 2 sets of cousins (& 2 WHS Alumni that got to spend their SECOND Grad Ball together!). This class has faced their share of changes & challenges. They were the inaugural Full Day Kindergarten class, they persevered during COVID’s online learning in WMS, they learned flexibility alongside school construction, they acquired empathy while supporting classmates that needed them, & they endured the devastating loss of a classmate & friend. How do you plan a Grad Ball for such a diverse, intricate, sensitive student body? You piece it together the way these students have taught us to live: you hold onto any traditions you can, you focus on inclusivity and you utilize technology for a modern, updated feel. This year‘s committee faced a few challenges as well, but made a deliberate choice to move with positivity and gratitude. We gave back to our supporters & paid forward our successes by donating a small monetary gift to the Veterans at the American Legion, partnering with local businesses & advertising their services on our socials & website, donating leftover event food to a local shelter & we’re donating our extra dinnerware supplies back to the WHS Snack Stand. We have also tried to publicly thank everyone who helped along this journey. We now have one final thank you that we have been holding on to. We want to send a special thank you to the Gillesheimer Family. Thank you for allowing us to include & honor your son alongside our children and for trusting us to keep his memory sacred & special. And thank you for supporting all of our students & school community in his name. We hope you felt the love being sent your way all year. JJ will always & forever be a part of the WHS Class of 2026. #Onceawarrior #alwaysawarrior

Outside fun… for the graduates to really spend some quieter, quality time with each other. Some old school games, VR systems for the gamers in the class, trivia for the chill crowd, and just fresh air and good times for their final time as a class.
