Today was full of hands-on learning at TTT Little Creek! 🍎🎨

Our Pre-K students followed steps to create delicious no-cook apple pies while practicing sequencing, measuring, and teamwork. Our Twos class strengthened their fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and creativity by using dot markers.

Learning is always more meaningful when little hands are busy exploring, creating, and having fun! ✨

We’re also thrilled to showcase our young learners during their Tae Kwon Do class! 🥋✨

At Little Creek, we believe in fostering a love for physical activity, and we’re excited to offer this special physical education program to our pre-K students.

🌟 Building Heights with Okai! 🌟

We’re thrilled to share this amazing moment from TTT Waldorf, where our student Okai has built a tower taller than himself using the Montessori brown stairs! 🚀

These brown stairs are more than just a fun activity; they are a vital Montessori material designed to promote:

• Fine Motor Skills: As children manipulate the pieces, they strengthen hand-eye coordination and dexterity.

• Spatial Awareness: Building towers helps children understand dimensions and spatial relationships.

• Concentration: Focusing on balancing the stairs encourages perseverance and attention to detail.

• Mathematical Concepts: Children learn about height, balance, and gravity through hands-on experience.

Every tower tells a story of creativity and growth! Keep reaching for the skies, Okai! 🌈

Our little explorers had an amazing time getting their hands messy with flaxseed slime! 👐✨ It’s not just fun; it’s a fantastic sensory experience that helps develop fine motor skills and encourages creativity.

Flaxseed slime is a natural, non-toxic option that provides a unique texture for kids to squish, stretch, and mold. Watching them engage and enjoy this tactile play is a joy!

Here are some highlights from our slime-making adventure.

Join us at Little Creek for more hands-on fun and learning experiences! 🌈
