Testing is part of what I do. Learning is part of it, too. 🌱
This week I’m in Orlando with NCHE for the 2026 Alliance Conference, connecting with homeschool leaders from across North America who are serving families in their own states and communities.
As a first-time attendee, I also had the opportunity to contribute to the conversation by presenting what we’ve learned through creating a conference sensory room designed to make space for more families to participate fully.
But mostly, I’m here to listen, learn, exchange ideas, and keep growing.
And while I’m here wearing my NCHE hat, experiences like these inevitably shape me, too.
Whether I’m volunteering, supporting a parent, or sitting across the table from a learner through Mighty Oaks, I keep coming back to the same questions:
- What does this family need?
- What can we learn from what we’re seeing?
- And what will actually help them move forward with confidence?
That’s the kind of growth I want to keep bringing into every space I serve. 🌱
