Brian Pate, Real Estate Educator/Trainer/Coach
Brian Pate has been a real estate instructor for over 20 years. He has taught over 10,000 students in licensing courses, training classes, seminars and continuing education.
Because Brian is an active Realtor with a team in the Raleigh, NC area, he brings up to date information into the classroom. Unlike many instructors and trainers, he is actively participating in the real estate business on a daily basis as an agent, coach and Broker In /Charge.
His real estate experience crosses over many disciplines. He is part owner of a title insurance company, an investor and a coach for both agents and investors.
Brian’s past experience includes being the director of training for the #1 independent real estate company in Raleigh/Durham, being the team leader of an office with over 250 agents and being a Broker In Charge for over 15 years.
