I am introducing my new coaching “30 Day Becoming The Real Deal Journal.”
Good for: Leadership training, Public Speakers, Entrepreneurs, Self Help. This is a 30 day journal exercise but I’ve had my students use this journal in difrent ways that worked for them.
Meaning useing the questions I ask you to do as a daily journal or spread it out for one week or two weeks to process for each question which is OK to do in this exercise. Take your time to process these questions because the only person that’s going to be reading it is you! So please be truthful to yourself.
