Being able to perform at such an elite level while also facing injuries is a testament to her courage and passion. Nalani wants to remind the athletes on how to have fun in their sport and to always stay connected to the passion of it all. Filled with wisdom and light, she already captures the hearts of so many.

Meet , a local girl who grew up as a multi sport athlete and 3 time state champ at Kamehameha Schools Kapālama, who’s been through injury, mental hardships, and now is Captain of the UH Wahine Soccer Team.

She’s ready to share her story and help the rising generation train with grace and hard work, reminding us that anything is possible when you lead with a full heart.

“I have an idea for today’s session!” Tatum exclaims in excitement.

My heart lights up at these words. “Amazing! Whatcha got in mind?” I respond in a huge smile.

“Let’s see how many positive things we can write. You take one half of the board and I’ll take the other.”

1:1s will always be a place of deep growth and commitment for both myself and the athlete. It’s the magic of self awareness flourishing in live time.

I couldn’t be prouder or happier when an athlete has their lesson plan for mindset training 🥹🌿🔮

After filling the board with our own positive things, we then categorized which would most applicable for sports, school, and home.

Further emphasizing how athletes are more than their sport and carry a diverse landscape of identity.

There’s so much darkness right now, but there’s also so much hope, and optimism for our future. Tatum is full proof of this 🫶🏽.
