Ok my ladies!! Schools back in full swing, gyms up and running and im in it most mornings at 8:30!! Come love on each other, fill others cups or get yours filled, and lets work it out!!
Ive been doing 50 crunches a day for at-risk doggos!! September will be 50 kettlebell swings a day for Wounded Warrior Project. You dont have to join in, or you can be at my side doing it without the public posts, but i urge you to find your why and start pushing!!

After 2 down days due to poor sleep and a sore throat, got back in the gym today! Made up the 100 crunches we missed, and did our 50 for today!!
Bet were sore tomorrow, but better Sore than Sorry!!

Tonight my girlie and i crushed 20 mountain climbers, 20 cross toe touches, 40 lying leg pulls and 40 v-ups!
She made it look easy, it kicked my butt!!
Yesterday i took a mental health day. I wasnt in a good head space, so i took the gym time and instead i spent one on one time gaming with my hubby! We had a great time and it was quite a good reset! Tonight though, i made up for the missed set from last night!
Always take care of your WHOLE self!

Aloha my Loves!
As our group continues to grow, i have decided to make a page instead of a messemger group.
This will be where i notify you of my personal schedule and life events!
I will regularly have the gym open from 8:30-10:00 am and from 7:00-9:30 pm.
Im not going to kick you out mid workout at those times, just try and stay aware, please dont come at 9:50 and start a workout without talking with me first, as im trying to get a routine down.
I am hoping to expand the realm of help coming out of this house, so i will also be posting meet ups and hang outs here.
Children are always welcome to accompany you during workouts. There is a gate closure for the front of the garage, baby mats and toys for littles, and things to occupy little hands in the backyard.
Lets strengthen our bodies and our minds, and build life long friendships along the way.
Please remember, my house and gym are a safe zone. We do not bad mouth each other or share gossip at anyones expense. We are uplifting, encouraging, sharing and always looking to help!
