If you’re a HIT fan, our HIT 45 classes will bring the heat and challenge your strength and endurance. And if you can’t make it to our studio but still want to get an incredible workout, all of our studio classes are available virtually via our REFIT On Demand service, which allows you to stream classes from anywhere in the world on the device of choice!
