For those of you who haven’t heard, it is with incredibly heavy hearts that we share that on July 21st at 4:00 PM, sweet Stella ( a local homeschooler) went home to be with Jesus.
As her mom, Kristen, shared:
“We are grateful her pain and suffering is over. Thank you for sharing her life with us. Thank you for praying for her. Thank you for every ounce of support you have offered our family.”
Stella was a courageous little girl whose beautiful smile, strength, and unwavering spirit touched the hearts of so many. She fought courageously for so many years. Her family has walked through more than any family should ever have to endure.
Now, it’s our turn to surround the Arellano family with love.
As they walk through these unimaginable days, we want to help ease some of the financial burden so they can focus on one another, grieve, and honor Stella’s beautiful life without the added weight of unexpected expenses.
In the coming weeks, her family is planning a special lantern gathering to celebrate Stella’s life and the light she brought into this world. We are tentatively looking at 6–8 weeks from now, but the date and location will be chosen based on what works best for her family. Once everything is finalized, everyone will receive an email with the details.
We invite you to sponsor a lantern for $50.
Each lantern will represent a life touched by Stella and carry messages of love, hope, prayer, bravery, and remembrance as we gather together to honor her.
Our goal is to sponsor 100 lanterns and raise $5,000 for the Arellano family.
