Dear Churchland Tiger Families,

We understand that some families are disappointed that they were unable to register their child for the 4th–6th Grade Homecoming Dance before registration closed.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept additional registrations or make exceptions after the cutoff. Based on our current volunteer staffing and event requirements, we can safely accommodate a maximum of 120 attendees. Once that capacity was reached, registration had to close.

We truly appreciate the excitement and support surrounding this event, and we understand how disappointing it may be for students who were unable to secure a spot. However, the safety of our students and our ability to properly supervise the event must remain our priority.

Thank you for your understanding and for supporting the Churchland Tigers PTA. If you have additional questions, please contact us at [email protected].

Registration for the 4th-6th Grade Sports Dance on Friday September 25th is now closed! Parents who have a child going:

Have your student come in Churchland Elementary School colors, their favorite sport team’s colors, or Jersey!
The doors will open at 6pm and drop off will begin, the latest we will be letting students in is 6:30pm. The PTA has a list of all registered students that will act as their “ticket” for entrance. No name on the list, no entrance.
The students will have pizza, water, and chips for refreshments.
The dance will end at 8pm, please be ready to pick up your child then.
A mass text will be sent out with this information as well!

We can’t wait to see everyone there! Feel free to message us with any questions or concerns!
