Social prescribing is all about connecting people to non-medical supports in their community —
like arts and culture programs, nature-based activities, movement groups, even volunteer
opportunities. It recognizes that well-being is shaped by our connections, sense of purpose, and
access to meaningful activities.
We’re proud to be a Community Partner with .Inc as they build a social prescribing
ecosystem in our local area. Because this work is about more than just filling a gap in the
healthcare system; it’s about rebuilding the social fabric that keeps us resilient and connected.

This is not a class or workshop but your space to make your own.
