We have an idea for our potato crop this year!
Our big goal in starting the farm originally was to let people experience the TASTE of crops at their PEAK FRESHNESS. With that in mind, we plan to sell fresh potatoes on a Saturday afternoon right as we harvest them this year. We will keep you updated as to when they are ready. The day of harvest, you come out and get what you want for your family. We also built a potato curing room if you prefer them cured.
A huge thank you to Damien Bailey and his family on this crop. They helped plant all of the YUKON GOLD AND RED PONTIAC POTATOES! Kids need to see how to plant, grow, and harvest their food. Come let them see a harvest soon!!!
